Karen Duvalier commenced her Real Estate career in 2009 with King’s Realty and was a top performer at the company and became a Bahamas Real Estate Licensed Broker in 2013. Clear Waters Realty Ltd. was formed by Karen shortly thereafter in 2013 and has continued successfully as a going concern to date.

The success is attributed to over 40 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry which includes 14 years directly in the real estate industry, having held supervisory and managerial level positions in various institutions, inclusive of British American Bank, Fidelity, Royal Bank of Canada/Finco and International Cobalt; combined with requisite knowledge of the local real estate market, passion, and perseverance.

I continued to work closely with Banking Financial Institutions regularly.

Dexter Jerome Duvalier joined the team officially in 2023 having successfully completed his Real Estate examination and receiving his Real Estate Licenses in June 2023.

He is a former Executive Director of J. P. Morgan Trust Company (Bahamas) Limited. Prior to his retirement in 2022 he headed up to Trust Administration teams comprising trust professionals responsible for the middle East, Europe, Mexico, and Special Clients (inclusive of US clients). Members of his team included Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates and administration staff members. He has traveled extensively throughout the Middle East and Europe for personal and business matters. His banking career extended more than forty years commencing in1978 and during that period he was exposed to commercial banking, administration and management of mutual funds and has spent over twenty-five years with the administration of trusts.

Takara Gardiner was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas, where her journey through life's diverse pathways began. From an early age, Takara exhibited a keen curiosity about the world around her, a trait that would become a hallmark of her personality.

In pursuit of her passion for healing and service to others, Takara embarked on an educational odyssey that led her to Cuba, where she diligently pursued her medical studies. Graduating from medical school in 2015, she emerged bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

However, Takara's thirst for knowledge and her entrepreneurial spirit led her down unexpected avenues. In 2015, she discovered interest in real estate and in the study of real estate law and trends, laying the groundwork for a new chapter in her professional journey.

In 2019, Takara and obtained her real estate license, marking a significant milestone in her career evolution. Drawing upon her background in pharmaceutical sales and leveraging her people skills and networking acumen, she quickly carved a niche for herself in the competitive realm of real estate.
